That\u2019s what I learned yesterday when I posted on threads what I thought was a harmless quip about the sound of the language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of my favorite things is hearing little kids speaking French. It is absolutely adorable. Yesterday on the 9 line I was next to a little kid speaking German. Not adorable. Traumatizing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n That\u2019s it. That was the totality of the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Apparently, that makes me a xenophobic, racist, piece of shit. That latter part may often be true, but in all fairness right there in my profile description it says, \u201csometimes a dick,\u201d so I fucking come with a warning label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I spent a good chunk of the day interacting with the butthurts. I even praised one person for making me laugh with their reaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n YOU\u2019RE TRAUMATIZING!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I naively thought they got the joke. I was so fucking wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Someone else made a quip about English sounding ignorant or some shit and I one-hundred percent agreed with them.
