Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised throughout the L.A. basin, I was fortunate to experience a rich and diverse landscape of people and cultures, profoundly shaping my worldview. After high school, I joined the United States Air Force, where I was deployed to the Middle East and later to Bosnia.
Upon completing my military service, I returned to California for a few years before relocating to Ohio in 2000. It wasn't my smartest move, but life is all about lessons learned. In April 2007, I moved back to California and settled on the Central Coast in Monterey. There, my girlfriend—now my wife, who was active duty Air Force at the time—asked me to move in with her. We made it official and married in 2012.
In 2013, I embarked on a journey to sobriety. Throughout my life, I’ve held various jobs, including a stint as a touring stand-up comedian. Now, I reside in Paris with my beautiful bride and our handsome dog. Sometimes I write; sometimes I design websites. And at all times, I am amazed at how wonderful this life has turned out.
